Let's Take Initiative !!

With nearly 30 years of experience in hospitality industry,
and very little in the field of INTERNET MARKETING,
I began to wonder why the Indian Travel Agents are so
INVISIBLE on the Internet.

Spending some time to unravel the puzzle, I stumbled upon
quite a few things that were NEW to me. But, the reason for
India's INVISIBLE STATUS was not 'very complicated' ; as
a matter of fact, the reason for this sorry state of affairs was
so simple that it is AN ABSOLUTE SHOCKER !

Almost a total neglect of INTERNET ADVERTISING -
whether due to ignorance or because of some misplaced
reluctance (?) - is the culprit.

Nearly seven years into the 21st century, the American &
European tourists are making a beeline to tiny countries like
Malaysia, Singapore & Thailand etc. instead of visiting us in
India.
